The team
Höcker Advocaten's Travel and Leisure team focuses specifically on the travel and leisure industry. Members of this team are lawyers who specialise in company law and law of contracts, IP/IT law and employment law. These lawyers have hands-on knowledge of the field; using its members' personal expertise, the team can quickly respond to developments. They take an active part in professional organisations such as the International Forum of Travel and Tourism Advocates (IFFTA) and the Dutch organisation Reis en Recht and they publish in professional journals.
