Marieke Timmerman
Marieke Timmerman (1972) is a senior associate at Höcker and works in the company and insolvency law division.
Marieke has a particular interest in the travel industry. She advises various clients in the sector, which has given her a broad knowledge of the numerous concerns they are required to deal with. Marieke is a member of the International Forum of Travel and Tourism Advocates (IFTTA).
Mostly SMEs, her clients are able to consult her on a broad range of issues, ranging from disputes with suppliers to advice on general terms and conditions, from buying and selling businesses to conducting proceedings on, for instance, directors' liability.
Marieke regularly acts as a trustee in bankruptcies and has completed a post-academic training course in insolvency law at the Grotius Academy.
