We are honoured to have been ranked again in this year\u2019s edition of Chambers.<\/p>\n

In this year\u2019s edition we have been ranked again in the area of Intellectual Property \u2013 mostly trade mark\/copyright – and it makes us proud that we have climbed from Band 5 to Band 4: \u201cIncreasingly notable IP team with a strong portfolio of performing rights and copyright clients. Regularly acts for collecting societies and artist associations on anti-piracy proceedings, licensing issues and copyright levy matters. Also acts for international companies on counterfeiting and trade mark prosecution. Strengths<\/strong>: Clients appreciate that the lawyers “respond quickly, understand our needs and always give well-balanced advice.<\/em>” Others note<\/strong>: “Their advice is to the point,”<\/em> adding: “They come up with solutions for what we have to deal with and are accessible and fast with their advice and problem solving.<\/em>”<\/p>\n

We are very pleased to see that Jacqueline Seignette<\/a><\/strong>, partner of the IP team, has been ranked again as Leading Individual in her area of expertise: \u201dJacqueline Seignette focuses principally on copyright and anti-piracy matters. She is valued by an interviewee for her “strategic overview<\/em>” and also highlighted by another source as a “very good and reliable<\/em>” lawyer. Her client base includes a range of collective management associations and performing rights bodies.”<\/p>\n

We are also very proud of the first ranking of Jasper van Hulst<\/a><\/strong> as Leading Individual in the field of Employment: \u201cMarket commentators report that the newly ranked Jasper van Hulst of H\u00f6cker Advocaten is “client-oriented and focused on solving problems.<\/em>“He is very responsive and commercially oriented,<\/em>” states one interviewee, while another notes: “He is very precise and never overlooks details. He is a fast thinker and very proactive.<\/em>” Van Hulst handles transactions, terminations and negotiations of collective labour agreements.”<\/p>\n
