Our services during the corona crisis

Due to the situation surrounding the COVID-19 virus and the measures taken by the government, we would like to inform you as follows.

Continuity of services
The health of colleagues, clients and relations is priority number one. For this reason, from Monday March 16, 2020, we have started to work from home to prevent the further spread of the virus. Our systems easily allow for this change. Our lawyers and staff are, as always, available at the telephone numbers and e-mail addresses stated on our website. We will make every effort to ensure that you receive the service from us as you would expect from us.

Meetings
In the period until at least July 1, 2020, no conferences will be scheduled in our offices. A suitable alternative will be sought in consultation with the participants, such as a video conference or conference call.

Legal proceedings
District courts, appeals courts, the supreme court and special colleges are only partially physically accessible from Tuesday March 17, 2020. Only urgent proceedings requiring a visit to a courthouse will proceed, conducted remotely and with digital options. A lot is being done to ensure that many proceedings  can continue. Rules have been drawn up for this. If this has consequences for your case, you will be informed by your lawyer. If you have any questions about your case, you can always contact your lawyer.

In practice
We can imagine that you have questions about the legal consequences of this crisis and the measures announced by the Dutch government.

Do not hesitate to contact one of our employees with all your questions, they are happy to assist you!
