Chambers 2021 about Höcker Advocaten

Once again we have achieved great results in the rankings of Chambers Global and Europe 2021. Not only have we managed to maintain the results of last year, there are also newcomers such as the Employment Law section as a whole and the individual ranking of Marc Wolters in Dispute Resolution.

The Intellectual Property department – mostly trade mark / copyright section has been ranked again: “Impressive IP team with particular expertise representing collecting societies and artist associations in anti-piracy proceedings, licensing issues and copyright levy matters. Frequently acts for media sector clients, as well as advising on files relating to the digital rights of artists and content creators. Additionally assists clients with matters concerning the unauthorised use of trade marks.”

Chambers about the team: “Clients rate the firm for its adaptability, one deeming it “very dynamic and flexible.” Another client hails its “very swift and complete advice.” “Other clients particularly emphasise that “the lawyers are extremely involved in the matters and have been very supportive in negotiations and litigation.”

We are very proud of the fact that Jacqueline Seignette has been ranked individually again. She is praised by her clients for “her thorough analyses” and describe her as “a bright copyright lawyer.”

We are proud that Marijn Kingma has been ranked as ‘up and coming’. “Her attentiveness is highlighted by clients, one calling her “very responsive with a quick grasp of our issues.”

We are also very pleased that also Jasper van Hulst has been ranked individually in Employment law and not only that, the Employment law section as a whole has now been ranked and that belongs to the entire team!“

Jasper van Hulst is a “fast and strategic thinker,” according to one client. Advising on restructurings and collective labour agreements, his clientele covers the media and aviation sectors.”
