We have been representing mid-market clients in transactions for many years now. We represent (foreign and domestic) buyers and sellers and take care of the legal aspects of takeovers, joint ventures, MBOs & MBIs and shareholdings.

Corporate & Commercial Contracts

We also have experts on board with specific knowledge about travel agreements. We can put you through to one of our local colleagues affiliated with us through our international networks should you need advice on contracts governed by foreign law.
Corporate Litigation
We can represent you in disputes between stakeholders and businesses. Our services are often called on in shareholder disputes, matters of corporate governance, judicial enquiries (malpractice) and in shareholder buyouts and disputes related to commercial contracts. We advise and negotiate whilst keeping a keen eye on the options for an amicable settlement out of court. If need be, however, we will litigate before courts such as the Enterprise Chamber or the Amsterdam Court of Appeal. Our attorneys are also regularly commissioned by the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal to act as its appointed investigator, director, supervisor or shareholder.
