Höcker op Eurosonic Noorderslag
Net als voorgaande jaren is Höcker aanwezig op Eurosonic Noorderslag in Groningen. De International Association of Entertainment Lawyers (IAEL) verzorgt in samenwerking met EPIC het panel “Money for Nothing: legal tips and tricks to monetize your IP and data” op vrijdag 17 januari om 12 uur. Marijn Kingma zal in het panel spreken over de mogelijkheden om data voor marketingdoeleinden te gebruiken in overeenstemming met de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming. Andere sprekers zijn Peter Marx (MVVP, BE), Julian Bentley (Swan Turton, GB) en Jeroen Lallemand (Knijff, BE). Moderator van het panel is Marcel Bunders (Hellingman Bunders, NL) en het panel is georganiseerd door Höcker’s Willem Roos.

How do you make sure you protect and use your brand in the most optimal way?
Op donderdag 18 januari zal Jacqueline Seignette plaatsnemen in een panel van Buma Cultuur over het roemruchte artikel 13 van de nieuwe Auteursrechtrichtlijn. Het panel genaamd “Copyright Directive article 13” vangt aan om 12 uur.
